Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using clamp.sh (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Clamp provides analytics tools including a tracking SDK, a dashboard, and an MCP server. We give you tools to collect, query, and act on web analytics data.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One person per account. Shared team access is available through workspace invitations.
  • You must be at least 16 to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Send events designed to inflate usage or disrupt the Service
  • Resell access to the Service without written permission
  • Reverse-engineer any non-public part of the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

You own the analytics data collected through the SDK on your sites. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We act as a data processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

Plans and payment

  • Free accounts are limited to 5,000 events per month, 1 project, and 1 seat.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
  • If you exceed your plan's event quota, event ingestion pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for data loss caused by service interruptions.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the dashboard settings page. Deletion removes your account and all associated data (projects, events, funnels, alerts) permanently within 30 days. Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately upon deletion.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and underlying code are owned by Clamp. The SDK and MCP server are distributed under the MIT License. Your analytics data remains yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clamp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email (if you opted in) and reflected in the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
